About Cynthia
Cynthia has spent her life making things run smoother—whether that meant securing a yacht cupboard so nothing flies overboard, juggling conference calls across three time zones for 20 busy execs (while keeping her sanity intact), or kneading out stubborn knots as a massage therapist. Today, she brings that same clarity and care to daily money management, logistics, tech support, and the rhythms of everyday life.
After a string of colorful careers—including professional yacht crew, play-powered team-building logistics coordinator, Apple Store “genius,” theatrical producer, HR ops director, and massage therapist—Cynthia discovered her innate talent: taming chaos with equal parts efficiency, humor, and heart. Now, as a Daily Money Manager and Life Logistics Pro, she helps people breathe easier (and maybe laugh a little) while she takes care of the details.
Why now?
In recent years, Cynthia found herself managing her own parents’ financial, technical, and estate affairs. When she realized she had an innate talent for it, she extended her support to neighbors and friends. Through that work, she saw firsthand just how vital trusted, compassionate help can be—especially during life’s toughest transitions.
She also noticed a pattern: most people would rather wrestle a bear in a tutu than deal with exasperating technology, health insurance headaches, or fussy filing systems.
That’s where Cynthia steps in.
Her superpower? Turning mayhem into manageable magic. She thrives on simplifying communication, decluttering chaos, and designing systems that actually stick. Every client’s life is a puzzle—and Cynthia is the one who finds the missing pieces, puts them in place, and makes it look easy… usually with a smile and a joke to boot.

I’m a Marin County native—a local Mill Valley girl. Even after sailing the world and living in many different locations, I always found my way back. There’s a comfort here that’s rooted in my bones—the glow of the light, the fog drifting softly over the hills-the quiet of walking among the redwoods and breathing in that familiar, earthy scent. I understand why people who live here never want to leave—and I want to help them stay in their homes and remain an active part of this community. Marin isn’t just a place on a map; it’s where my heart truly feels at home.
